SUPPORT CONTRACT AND UPDATES


GT2F provides you technical support for the Globaltax products line.

Telecom partners will have free access to support during the first two years following purchase of the software.


To have access to GT2F technical support, the Globaltax user will have to subscribe a one-year User contract. In this case, support will be limited to questions related to software utilization.

Updates : Boost your software

To have an efficient support :


Licenses marketed before august 2012 and older than 3 years will no longer be backed-up without updates.
Licenses marketed after august 2012 and older than 2 years will no longer be backed-up without updates.

After this period, a” telecom partner/updates” contract will have to be subscribed for any technical support request.
