Phone’Hotel is a tailor-made product meant to be used in the hotel businesses, the retirement residences, the bed and breakfast inns.

Simple to use, it will enable you to invoice your customers' telephone communications, to manage the opening/closing of the telephone lines and the pre-payment form the software.

 DHM module : Check-In/Check-out and pre-payment

Thanks to its DHM module, GlobalTax Phone'Hotel will enable you to close and open your rooms telepgone lines at the Check-In or at the Check-Out.

Moerover, you will be able to use the pre-payment mode to allocate an amount to your customers for the telephone use. Once the amount is exceeded, the line is automatically occupied.

A simple invoicing tool

With its intuitive and user-friendly interface, GlobalTax Phone'Hotel will allow you to invoice your customers with a few clicks.

To do a Check-Out, nothing is simplier: click on the customer's room, then on CASH.

This will propose you to print a credi card slip that you will be able to customize with the custimer's name and your contact details/logo.

You will easily be able to make grouped encashments and keep an historical diary.
